When the pandemic started the doctors were brilliant in the way they used the ask my GP app, lately they will use covid not to see anyone, kids included, for an ear infection or a back complaint. All answers are 'go for a pcr' if they do see you they will make you drive to the furtheat practice despite telling them you are struggling to move very far and then will give you a lecture on how this country is not tackling the covid pandemic properly after sitting in a sitting room for over an hour pat an appointment time. The only channel of complaint is via post, no email channel or web chat. This practice needs to move with the times and get back into line with society

Worse surgery ever they are so stuck up and full of them selfs here impossible to see a doctor told me my test results were clear. But when I canged doctors test results positive ppl on the desks are so stuck up reality check you working as a receptionist for pennies this place should be shut down. How can they expect a nuts to diagnose things doctors should
