They were brilliant this afternoon whilst mid ride, a pot hole got the better of my bike damaging a couple of spokes, this was whilst carrying my young daughter in her toddler seat that's attached. Bike was very unstable. Stopped at Alfs on way past explained the situation and they fixed it there and then for me, no hesitation just jumped straight on it making sure I was safe riding home with my daughter. In and out within 15 minutes. Cannot fault the service received highly recommended. Thanks again

Popped in to shop with a problem with front derailleur on my road bike, staff fixed it on the spot, very helpful and knowledgeable would highly recommend

Great service as ever from the team at Alfs, they helped sort a warranty frame replacement and rebuild for me for something that was outside of the manufacturers official warranty period. Thats what you get when theres a good relationship with the distributor and is something youd struggle to sort as an individual. Support your local bike shop!
