Massive thank you to Matt/Proheat for our stunning bathroom installation (again)! I knew after the amazing job he did the first time many many years ago I wanted him to do our refit! He is honest, reliable and his attention to detail is impeccable. His communication is spot on and he always turns up when he says he will. He is happy to talk through your ideas and guide you on whether it would work and sizes etc so that collaboratively the result is exactly what you envisaged (if not better). As we only have 1 WC in the house Matt made sure that the work was done so that we could still go about our day to day life without moving out and the turn around was very efficient and well organised even when he came across rotten floorboards; he was proactive and sorted them out for us. We are thrilled with how the bathroom looks and we can't thank Matt/Proheat enough for their incredible craftsmanship. We would highly recommend
