Tesco container hgv nearly rammed into me just now on the M5 thru roadworks, speed limit 20mph, I slowed so I did not get the camera flash at me and this truck came up the slip road, main beam on me and horn sounding - I pointed out the window to the speed limit, he/she is not reading the road, Looks like came from the docks heading for Magor dept - Reg: DK67 WVB or very similar - 02:30 so the can check their records.
