I was contacted by six research companies to represent a potential claim to an estate, all but one required us to sign on immediately before engaging. Tracing Direct instead provided some early information, never pressured us, and established a basis of trust. Their ethics and integrity (particularly through case worker James) was of the highest standard. Any doubts we had about whether this was "real" vanished as we were guided by this highly professional group, and together solved a family mystery that was three generations old.

After making initial contact I had great trouble getting any updates or feedback from this company after many attempts. The rationale given, another solicitor is processing the probate. Yes, but I am your client and I am paying you the commission! When everything was complete and I asked for a statement I had to contact the solicitor myself who did supply it ... along with a letter saying that Tracing Direct Ltd also had a copy....but were clearly not inclined to send it to me. A shame.
