        Used this garage for an oil service, 1 week later noticed an oil leak, when back they had the car for 2 days, had to hire a car, was told it was just where they had changed the oil and it was trapped in the tray, got it home still leaking oil, ...... 3000 later we found the problem the oil filter was over tightened causing the housing to Crack

        Explained I had gearbox problem and dropped off as requested. Four and a half days later told ' yes its a gear box issue but we don't do gearboxes ...'I was then charged 40 quid plus for one hour of 'looking at the car' ? Yes owner is polite BUT has no respect for the wasted time and inconvenience it caused me. It is simple to organise the work: look at diary, book a time slot for customer and diagnose issue for repair. Not drop your car off for an indefinite amount of time to supposedly look at a problem that we know we can not fix anyway and then charge for non service.
