The PEP Midwives

Thank god for Pep Midwives!! I met a wonderful bunch of mums by going to the weekly wednesday walk and also the baby massage course. Kate is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, shes created an incredible service here in Abergavenny. Would highly recommend for mums to be and new mums!

The Wednesday walks have been such a nice part of my maternity leave, a great way to meet other mums and get some fresh air! Kate is brilliant and creates such a supportive and helpful community.

Corinne and I really enjoyed the baby massage class and would highly recommend! - very relaxed setting, made us feel really welcome and discovered lots of skills to relax the baby. (and there's tea & biscuits after! ) Kate also arranged a weekly walk on a Wednesday at Linda Vista Gardens which has been an amazing opportunity to meet other mums and talk to Kate if you have any niggling questions. This was a massive lifeline for us especially in the early days when you just need someone to talk to and trying to feel comfortable being out with baby - thank you so much. Christie & Corinne xx

We began joining Kate on the Wednesday Walks before my wife joined the mindfulness and movement course, even through lockdowns Kate was an amazing support. Our little girl then attended massage and yoga and still at almost 2 years old loves to do the yoga swing. We still attend the Wednesday Walk when we can. We've made some lifelong friends from joining the PEP Midwives, Kate being one of them.
