DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY Disappointing workmanship Failure to return to replace faulty installation Guarantee provided useless When faulty product acknowledged by owner (Kevin Evans) and confirmed replacement will be installed under guarantee, this doesnt happen 18 months on, hundreds of phone calls, STILL NO RESOLVE Concerns regarding with trading standards, I would suggest other dissatisfied customers do the same.

Had 7 windows, 1 front door and a bifold door from Olympic uPVC - absolutely quality. Really pleased with the price and the fitters were completely professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Placed my order during covid and Kevin kept me up to date with the production and delivery time throughout, despite my initial concerns. Would 100% recommend! Cheers

The epitome of the "window sales" company! The warranty they advertise is literally worthless, as they installed all our windows (poorly) when our home was built, and despite countless calls which were typically, unproductive, and full of false promises (from Kevin) to come and review our issue. Ultimately, we had zero luck in getting any form of resolution to an issue they created! Engaged a local company that fixed the issue in a few hours, plus confirmed the appalling installation of the windows by Olympic. If you want UPVC windows installed and want the assurance of a genuine guarantee, look elsewhere, as you can definitely do better!

I wish I could give a no star for this company. If you want double glazing go to another company. They do not come out to repair any damaged windows after calling a number of times. Products are low value but charge top prices ........leave well alone. I am still waiting for Kevin to sort out the damaged window after 6 months even went to see him 2 weeks ago and he promised it will be done. Customer service is NIL with this company and I am not sure how they are still trading. I notice he has time and money to waste on private plates for his fleet of vans with PVC on them so that tells to every thing shocking !!! We are still waiting for the glass in our window to be changed after telling this company it needed changing in April 2021, which should be done at no cost to us after all its only been in for 15 months. I have now put the matter with the trading standards as I feel this has gone on far to long and its become a joke !
