        Ordered a 3/2 black wetsuit with this company and they sent me a 4/3 grey wetsuit back. He replied to an email saying this was the next best option as the 3/2 was out of stock and that was a nice thought. I wasn't in the market for a 4/3 so had emailed asking if i could return the wetsuit. The seller didnt reply to this email or the next 4 over the space of 5 weeks rather just kept my money. I had to raise a dispute with paypal and 4 weeks later was told i could get a refund if i pay for the postage to return an item that i didnt ask for. Poor customer service. Why is it so hard to just reply to an email?
