        Absolute time wasters. Two days wasted, fuel money down the pan. And overall, completely let down. These guys have no idea how to treat customers. A viewing was arranged on the Friday, they knew the distance I was traveling. It wasn't until after I'd got there AND test driven the car that they informed me that in actual fact the car wasn't for sale due to an underlying issue, one that their mechanic needed to look at and fix. So a wasted journey, BUT we also agreed a price on a part X and for other bits and pieces (money off for poor tyres) once the work was completed. A deposit was offered but apparently not needed, they knew we wanted the car and had the cash ready. No fuss. Then this morning, I'm informed the work is done and the car ready for pick up. Great. I leave straight away, 5 minutes from arrival I receive a voice message to say they had sold the Car! Who the hell does that? Disgusting. Appalling customer service. Given the total run around. Shameful. I DO NOT recommend for any decent hard working, honest person. But if you fancy a mess around, this is the place for you.
