        Awful, couldnt be bothered to ring bell, package could of been put through letter box but couldnt be bothered, went to collect but closed only open from 8-10 am, whats the point i work!!! Useless!!!

        I was told my delivery would take place between 11.08 and 15.08. Delivery was supposedly attempted at 9.00 I answered the door but the driver had obviously gone back to the van, because within a minute he had put a card through my door saying my item had been returned to the depot. I now have to wait 2 further days

        I had a problem with a lost item, and the staff here couldn't do enough to help. They listened, they cared, and they showed an example of how human beings should work together and help each other. Oh, and by the way, they found the item! Outstanding service all around. Thank you!
