Pepino's Pizza

This order was cold and the items of food on the pizza did not seem fresh and was horrible to taste. So disappointed, will not order from here again.

2 and a quarter hours for a 70+ delivery and it was all stone cold. Been ordering food from you for the last couple of years but you've let yourselves down tonight guys

Waited over 2 hours for my food. When calling the restaurant I was told I couldnt be offered a refund and it was inconsiderate for me to ask for one. The reason I couldnt receive a refund was because the food was on its way, which frankly doesnt make sense to me when to my knowledge it had been on its way for the last 2 hours. The manager was incredibly rude, I explained I didnt expect a full refund, but the only thing I was being offered was a discount for the next time I order - as if the service Ive received is going to make me want to come back. I am completely understanding to being understaffed and having a busy night but 2 hours for something that is a 5 minute drive away is ridiculous, and the way the manager dealt with the situation was appalling. When the food finally arrived it was underwhelming and had clearly been left for a while.
