I would have given five star as staff were pleasant and professional and my order was delivered on time. The reason for dropping. Star is because the quality of my order did not match their website picture. I have enclosed the difference for you to see for yourself. I did ask why were my sheets were rippled and this was the reply. "The process of putting a 'the crimp' in the sheets to form the tile effect, deforms the metal and it is inevitable there is some creasing. Although the picture of the brown sheets is a lower resolution, these deformations can still be seen. Once up on the roof the additional texture helps the tiles look a little more 'natural'." At the end of the day I know no different, and put the sheets up. They look nice I suppose, but I do disagree with they look more natural crinkled. If that was the case then why not show it on their website instead of lowering the resolution to make them appear to be something they are not. Despite my order being over the 300 mark, please be aware there is a small order charge of 20
