Gary Pugh

Previously I had bit my nails every day for over 20 years, tried everything to stop it. Was sceptical about hypnotherapy at first, then after deciding to go and having a couple of sessions with Gary I have not bitten them once since, and the sessions were around 12 months ago. Amazed with the outcome, and a very professional service all around.

I was very nervous about flying & this was having a big impact on going on holidays with my husband.I looked on the internet for hypnotherapists & came across Gary Pugh. After 2 sessions with Gary I have been able to go on holidays regular & I no longer have a fear of flying.I would highly recommend Gary as he immediately puts you at ease to help solve your problems & you come away feeling relaxed & a lot calmer within yourself.

I went to see Mr Pugh because of my fear of spiders, I was 44 at the time and had a lifetime of being petrified of the creatures and was getting worse with age not better. I was very nervous when I first went but he very calmly and clearly explained what was going to happen and how many sessions it would take to cure me. It was the most relaxed I have felt in my life and almost 1 year on I have no fear in fact I see them as my friends and just take them out to the garden when I see one, even the big ones hold no fear over me anymore. I cannot recommend this gentleman highly enough and in fact a few of my friends have gone for other issues and also been very pleased with the outcome.
