        Very poor customer service, stinking attitude. Why support smaller shops if the attitude is awful! Go to home bargains next door - wont use these lot again!

        Grumpy staff, we wanted to buy alot of hellium balloons... But they wouldn't blow one of the balloons that we already bought online... They lost out on alot of money

        I was at the store today to get a card and some balloons and the two ladies working there could not have been more helpful. The customer service really was above and beyond - they made sure that the recipient had the best balloons possible. Thank you so much ladies.
