Having looked at other customer reviews about GLC, i would say that some of the reviewers must have gone to a different place than myself. Why do i state this? Well, I have to say that there are many large dealerships who would do better if they were to seek guidance from this company with regards to customer focus and after sales etiquette. The Team at GLC puts the customer first and live up to their promises. I bought a car for myself (Dec 22) and a few weeks later (Jan 23) My Partner also bought her car there. We were both happy with the entire process from start to end. I would recommend the team and the Comany any day of the week. Thank you Richard for your help and assistance. Good selection of great condition import vehicles. Very happy with our purchase thank you Richard. Customer service was excellent, relaxed and no pressure selling.

Ironically I just noticed another review from an earlier customer. The Sales manager was trying to be clever with some comparison between Harrods chocolate and aTesco chocolate. His response was buy cheap, pay twice, or something along those lines. Effectively he summed his business up a treat with that line! I wouldnt touch them again, Id also STRONGLY recommend you get a professional check of any vehicle you buy from this outfit! Itll save you money in the long run.
