We arrived at the salon in time for my daughter's appointment, but unfortunately we left without a haircut, having had enough of waiting. It was not busy, there was only one client on the chair when we arrived (apparently a client with thick hair!). After one hour of waiting we decided to leave. No one had the decency to apologise for the long wait, instead we received an explanation as we were walking out the door. The hairdresser managed eventually to turn her head towards us to say: "Sorry, extra thick hair!". This place is a joke. I have never come across with such inconsiderate staff. To give a star is too generous.
