Jay and the team were absolutely amazing from start to finish and the quality of the job was great. From quote to the end of job, the team were so professional. Following quote, we were sent a calendar invite to inform us of the date we were booked in to have our new bathroom installed. We were provided with companies to visit to see the products we chose and given support the whole way through a stressful process. Jays team provided a full service, removal of the existing bathroom, installation of a whole new bathroom suite, wall and ceiling panels installed, spot lights fitted and a radiator plumbed in. The team were amazing. In particular Paul. He was in constant communication with us throughout the process, made sure someone was always on hand and even came back at the end of the job to look at fitting a blind for us. A true asset to the team. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and the value for money was great. Would 100% recommend. Services: Toilet installation, Shower installation

Phoned JPM after obtaining a ridiculous quote from a major national chain, for three tap repairs and a drainage valve for an outside water supply. The Director came out that afternoon exactly on time and quoted a very sensible price that we accepted straightaway. His employee came out to rime the next morning and did the work perfectly. A clean reasonable-charge job from a pleasant young man, everything working as it should. This is a genuine and honest review from a pleased Gorseinon householder.
