Croft Farm Eggs

Bought eggs from my local stop that came from this farm. I cooked and ate 3 of the eggs moments after buying them. Although the box said they had a week left the eggs were off and made me very very ill. I did the float test on the remaining eggs and they floated to the top of a pint of water. Something very wrong when you can't get the dates right on your products and are selling gone off eggs as in date and poisoning people. I hope this review will result in the problem being fixed and nobody else goes through the pain I've been in the last 3 days. Needless to say I will float test all my eggs before cooking from now on.

I have been getting eggs from this farm for years and they never disappoint. The are very tasty and my friends always ask to get some for them. Top Mark's every time

These eggs gave me salmonella. They're not Red Lion stamped so the hens aren't vaccinated against salmonella. They're also caged and the hygeine standards are obviously poor. Seriously avoid them.
