Looking back at the reviews we were very surprised to discover the owners ridiculous response to our review including blatant lies to ridicule us.
We offered owner after our stay an opportunity to bring property back to its former glory free of charge maintenance and deep clean. Which they didn't even respond to!! They stated I was upset that I wanted to stay for free but had already paid before I arrived at the property!
They also stated we left the property in bad condition when we actually left it cleaner than we received it!! Judging by their comments left they had no intention of addressing the issues we stated and looking at recent reviews these still haven't been resolved. Bad business attitude and not a good idea to start ridiculing your customers based on lies. Especially when we actually left a good review. Says a lot about the owners. (Extremely disappointed)
