I Recently needed some dental treatment, this made me very anxious and stressed over the up and coming appointment, I new it had to be done but was worried nonetheless . I contacted Hypnosis Solution to find out if they could help. I had a free appointment /consultation to find out more. I went ahead with it . I was unsure if it would help my anxiety of dental treatment after Recently loosing my wife to cancer. Must say Sarah was very calming and made me feel relaxed. Sarah gave me the tools in my mind to put into place while visiting the dentist. Well it worked had no problems and go through what was really worrying me. What's more once you know how to tackle the issues I had , this can stay with you for when you need it again. Thank you Sarah.

Calm, professional and helpful would be the main takeaways from my sessions. Everything was at my own pace, nothing was pushed or forced - everything came naturally. Even on the most stressful days the trance sessions chilled me out. Sarah was flexible to my time schedule and was happy to work around my work rota. She kept me up to date on my progress and gave me little suggestions that worked for me in the long run. Definitely recommend and mention it to my friends, family and colleague regularly
