Recently I was fortunate enough to go to their Photographic & Image Editing Weekend Retreat at Moto Junkies and the course was absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend it to anyone with any interest in photography regardless of what camera gear or experience you have. Not only did I learn a lot about photography and editing, I also had an amazing time, met some lovely people and ate some gorgeous food cooked by Lisa. The venue was brilliant too, very comfortable and there are many great photo opportunities to be had just from the grounds of Moto Junkies/MotoCamp Wales. A huge thanks to Simon & Lisa for such a great weekend!

Having recently returned from a three day photography workshop with Simon and Lisa in North Wales, I wanted to offer my thanks and congratulations on running such an inspiring and educational course in such a beautiful location. The weekend consisted of practical photography and post production workshops. It was a very relaxed environment with participants using a wide range of equipment. Whether your phone based photography or you have professional equipment, the knowledge of how to get the most out of your photography was outstanding, the food was also fantastic. Having taken part in a number of workshops over the years, I can honestly say I gained more from these few days than I have ever experienced in the past. Sincere thanks, Keith.

Just spent 3 days with Simon and Lisa. Wow got three nights full board with gourmet cooking, lovely accommodation in a shepherd's hut with food to die for and they throw in a Photography course as well. Simon and Lisa what a team. Thanks guys had a great time.

Simon and Lisa are absolutely fantastic hosts, who take you through everything with such passion and enthusiasm that is just infectious. Bringing out the best in oneself to take fantastic photographs in brilliant settings. my 15 year old Canon camera was brought back to life taking photographs that it was designed to do, and still is perfect to capture the emotions of all the scenes from making running water look like glass, and practicing still life of people not making you feel awkward, because everyone is relaxed the photography course is just amazing. Not forgetting that the foood, foood is exquisite, delicate flavours and drinks to endulge the senses as you mull over the day, post editing lessons to make the already great photographs really pop !!! Best weekend of the year... Andy

This excellent course rekindled my love of photography. I was hoping it would, and it did completely. It was a perfect blend of fun and educational, with well chosen photo outing destinations, and a flexibility to allow for the weather and what suited our particular group on the day. Both Simon and Lisa have an infectious enthusiasm, along with a deep knowledge of photography - both of which makes for a great teacher. The catering was given full attention by Lisa and the quality reflected this: top class three course meals, packed lunches, and home-baked cakes. The accommodation worked well, with a dedicated photo-editing room, and a good sized open-plan kitchen/living room which worked well as a social space. Don't hesitate to book! I'm very pleased I did.
