Chris really knows what he's doing and takes a practical approach to repairs. He was able to get our washing machine up and running again immediately with a clever fix while we wait for the part we need to come in. Very impressive -- friendly and easy to deal with, and also very reasonably priced. We'll be calling Poppins for any electrical/white goods repairs we need in the future, for sure.
