Rudest staff iv ever come across the boss needs some sacking of their staff. given steak well over cooked when I asked for rare, rare is red not brown... they are soo rude its unbelievable no apologies from chef just a nasty attitude same with the gothic girl behind the bar disgusting... and disappointing as our first experience without these working here was amazing... do not take any disabled children there as they had no respect or understanding for my autistic child just judgemental

Not child friendly and definitely not understanding of learning disabilities,,, avoid unless you don't mind their staff treating your children like low lives, definitely in need of an upgrade in health and safety, and maybe a visit from a fire inspector to refresh yourself and your staff in up to date fire safety regulations, appalling staff and very rude manager.
