Biffa

Absolutely terrible service. If you want to be treated like you are worth nothing as a customer use Biffa. Impossible to get hold of unless you wait 40 minutes just to be put on hold again after 10 seconds of talking to someone. Truly one of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with. Still trying to charge me for services I havent received. And make it the hardest thing to sort out. Get out of my life Biffa. I hate you

Rubbish company - Yes they are. But actually the staff are rubbish too! Dont bother going to Gwalchmai tip. The staff there are bone idle. They wear spotless uniforms. Guess why? They dont do a tap all day except to ridicule visitors and treat them like dirt. They standby and watch disabled people unloading their cars and dont offer to assist. Shame on you for taking your wages each week.

Communication very poor - waited 25 minutes on my mobile then decided to ring again on my house phone whilst still connected - the woman I'd been holding for answered the phone so I'd been left on hold and forgotten about - not impresssed!

Beware of this big shark company they quote you with a price and charge you double after insisting to get paid by direct debit. I tried to complain by I have gone nowhere with them
