I will give 1 star because that's the lowest you can give! But I suppose the skip did turn up on the day they said.. -5 atleast for picking it up and the arrogance of the person on the phone! Waited over 2 weeks for it to be picked up and my builder contacted them on atleast 3 different occasions to have it collected 3 different times they said they would get it for them not to turn up! Then I had a message off my builder who I know personally to say they were on there way to get it. Yay finally! So the truck came and went and the skip was still there but my gate was not.. they had pulled my gate off the hinge and left it off! Lucky I checked before I let the dog out for a wee! God forbid if he would have run out into the road! So I rang the office and asked the person what was going on.. the man on the phone was very rude! Had an awful attitude and was huffing life a child on the phone but said they are coming back, I asked why it had taken so long to collect and his reply was "well we're trying to collect it now aernt we" and I asked if he wouldn't leave my gate off next time because of the dog to what he said "this conversation is going no where" and the rest! Disgusting way to speak to a paying customer! If that's how this company is with all their customers I'm shocked they get any at all! I won't be using this company ever again nor will I recommend it! Avoid!
