Great friendly guy who knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone. He came at short notice and gave sound advice on how to fix the problem. Unlike so many other cowboys he went through the cheapest option first and worked up to the most expensive so I could get a full range of ideas on how to solve the septic issue. Brilliant.

After returning home from being away I found a collapsed sewerage pipe on my drive and contacted this company to come and give a price on fixing the issue. I was told the next morning they would come and have a look. I like many others have contacted companies to come and do things around the house and garden and many times they failed to turn up or gave a ridiculous price to do the work expecting people to pay. In this case it was the total opposite..turned up when it was agreed, gave an honest answer that it was not my responsibility to fix the drain and it was the responsibility Of Welsh Water, not only that they took time to explain everything for me noticed a few other issues that Welsh Water should look at and gave me advice without asking for a penny. On top of that they went the extra mile and reported it to Welsh Water who contacted me within 15 minutes. My experience with this company was better than any other I've had to the house, honesty, no ripping me off and someone who was genuine enough to not just tell me it was my problem and take money. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks for a company to look at any drain issues.
