When I first reached out for help, I had no idea how to begin the process of creating my website. Oliver Tigwell Brown made it really easy for me! In 2010 I was lucky enough to find Darin & Ruth Higgs who set up a new website for my business. They have always been professional, helpful, inventive, creative, responsive with excellent communication, while understanding the limits of my technical knowledge and constant time pressures. They have created several new sites for me since then. It's 2019 and I still rely on and trust them to do the best to maintain my site via their new partnership with Oliver Tigwell Brown. Darin Higgs at Oliver Tigwell Brown has been an amazing help and support in designing my new counselling website. He helped me design a website that was exactly what I wanted, always listening and sensitive to my suggestions and acting on them , or giving constructive advice on how to reflect what I wanted to say. The main thing apart from his inherent expertise in web design is that he never judged or patronised me - Im not at all tech- savvy and so I needed to ask a lot of basic things. He was always patient and happy for me to bat ideas across to him or change my mind. I couldnt recommend this company highly enough!
