A very quiet place to visit, we didn't see another soul whilst there. The access road is highly rutted in the middle in places with plenty of deep potholes so best in a vehicle with high ground clearance. Small grass car park at the end of the access track. Only a short walk once there but scenic and well maintained. Two bird hides clean and tidy with scenic views from both. Would recommend.

Two well positioned hides give good views over wetlands. Pathways recently cut and pleasant to walk along. Path to the river was blocked by herd of frisky cattle, including bulls and calves. Roadway is poor and difficult in a standard car. Would be much easier in an SUV or 4x4.
