The staff at holywell post office are rude and very unprofessional. They have no customer service skills at all. The post office has no signs on it saying no dogs allowed. But apparently digs aren't allowed in this post office because a member of staff has allergies. Now they do not come into contact with the dog at all and are fully screened off. Now even if I didn't have my 14 year old golden retriever I still would have touched or contacted my dog so does that mean I can't go into the post office because I will cause this hyper sensitive petson with there allergies?. Or what if I wear a real fur coat,do I get served?. I will not be using the post office in holywell anymore until there is staff with a customer service training of some sort.
