Rowlands Pharmacy Flint

The staff are always friendly and helpful to me but the pharmacy itself is very busy and you have to be prepared to queue up. Sometimes your waiting long than expected because of the parcel drop off and pick up service they're doing now. I think this lets the pharmacy down as its already very busy with people waiting for their medicines/prescriptions and it's not really nice to have to wait around while someone is only there to sort out a parcel or asking questions about it. Not really a good place to do this when there are sick people waiting for medication only to be delayed by someone with a parcel who could be at the post office my humble opinion.

Excellent service received from this pharmacy. I find all staff very helpfull and do their very best to make sure you are satisfied with service given.

Overall Review Some of the staff are spot on. Helpful and polite but the blonde female staff (possibly manager) is very rude. A stinking attitude and caught her lying about prescriptions a number of times. Some staff moan in front of customers about how they cant be bothered working there but they have to. I have even heard staff slate and mock customers about medical conditions after they have left. (Some horrible comments which I dont wish to write on here) Ive heard all this first hand as a customer. To add. They never have the full prescription needed and have to come back a number of times.

Place is going down hill very fast. Dont have what you need and leave things out of your prescription.
