I have been going to this optician for many years. Eye test is very thorough would not go anywhere else. Glasses are always good quality and ready on time. When I have accidentally damaged my glasses they have always go out their way to help.

I got here with an emergency appointment. They were the first out of 6 calls to offer an appointment on the day that was so vital. Check was throughout and professional. Went back later for a full check, along with my very anxious 7 year old. This turned out as such a positive event for her , that we were successfull two weeks later for a very good checkup for her too. First, proper one in fact. A big praise for the kind receptionist and the wonderful doctor who consulted us both!

Excellent service as ever from Roberts & Polson Opticians. I've been going there for years and will never change. Very friendly, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Never have had any trouble with my new glasses at all from there...and they have a great selection of frames too. Perfect.

I highly recommend a visit to this optician. I have been going to them for a great many years. Nothing is too much trouble for the optician and the two lovely ladies who are professional and friendly. They take time in making sure the customer is happy and leave nothing to doubt when giving the eyes a thorough examination.
