A great place with caring, kindly and dedicated staff and management. They do a great job looking after my mum.

Having gone through a tough time having to accept that mum could no longer live at her home on her own, I made the decision to look for a care home and didn't realise what a minefield I was entering into. But just when I thought I was never going to find a place good enough for my mum, Bod Hyfryd was recommended to me by a friend who already had a close family member being cared for at the home. When I called in to make an enquiry, I was greeted by the Manager Sarah who from the minute I stepped in through the door made me feel so welcome. Within a few minutes of being in the company of some kind hearted friendly people who work their, I knew this was the place for my mum. Sadly my mum recently passed away but I have the comfort of knowing she lived her final months happy and content as she was being looked after by a wonderful group of people and I just wanted to acknowledge what an amazing job Sarah and her team do. I would recommend Bod Hyfryd to anybody who has to make the same difficult decision I had to 5*****
