        Great experience buying from this company. Bought a winch in June but only just got around to installing and using it. I know nothing about winches, cable fastenings etc but the managing director James Porter replied to my emails and questions swiftly and patiently. The delivery was quick, took a couple of days and was well tracked. Even better, James gave me a great deal I wasnt expecting and I'm well happy that my punchbag now disappears into the garage rafters when not in use. Would definitly use again. Thanks.
