Excellent and professional service from start to finish from Warren and the team. We had a new boiler expertly fitted by them last week with no problems. Each day , they would work late to make sure that other customer emergencies were dealt with. They really do go the extra mile.

Boiler break down fixed very quickly after a late call out on a Friday. I can only recommend Warren and his staff, very knowledgeable and talked me through the details of the problem whilst he fixed it.

Warren is not only fantastic with servicing boilers but all aspects of gas safety work. For instance he moved a gas pipe from inside wall to outside wall for me last week. Office staff excellent too.

Warren added us on to the workload he already had at very short notice. His knowledge of ideal boilers is second to none. Within an hour he'd stripped the motor, found and fixed a fault and got our heating and water working again. Top fella highly recommended. Thank you!
