        As my wife was a first time patient, she told me she felt the staff on reception were friendly welcoming and efficient. We were seen within minutes and were very happy with ther service. Thank you.

        Always manage to get an appointment, whether it is over the phone or in person. Reception always helpful and never on hold too long.

        Husband on phone (2nd in cue) to make appointment for asthma review been on phone now for 38 minutes before he got to speak to reception. Everyone on reception is lovely but to be on phone when he is 2nd in cue for that long is over the top.
