Staff are totally useless and can never answer a simple question. The practice manager needs to get their act together and sort these staff out.

This is the worst medical practice Ive ever been with. Been 5 months trying to get an appointment. You call at 8:30 or 13:30 and all the appointments have gone instantly and they wont allow you to book an appointment days, weeks or even months down the line. Always has to be same day. Receptionists think theyre Drs too, when all they are is useless, dont want to help, moody and unprofessional. I will be finding a GP thats actually willing to help.

Terrible surgery, bad system, worse service. The receptionists act as buffers to come up with any excuse as to why you cant be seen. They have no doctors in on a Friday afternoon for no apparent reason, even though they are obliged to provide care or relief during their supposed operating hours. Avoid like the plague! Choose any other surgery in flint.

Don't know what is wrong with the surgery here.. you can never make a normal appointment you have to phone at 08.30 and you can never get through and the days you do your in a que. Which takes 1 hour 20 mins with 8 people in front and by the time they actually answer all the appointments have gone.. And secondly I put my adhd and bipolar form into them as requested by the mold mental health team.. and guess what it took admin nearly 6 months to email it to them and a few visits and phone calls by me to actually get it done.. why did it take this long.. no wonder people give up and end it.. when you actually go in to laurals there are two girls on reception and one is always on her personal phone typing away.. Well done laurals you should be so proud of your team

This is a shockingly inadequate excuse of a doctors surgery......couldn't give it zero stars which is what it deserves. When after a week, and more of trying to book an appointment I got through, I was on hold for an hour and half and got to number one in the queue for it to cut off with technical issues! I went to complain but got no where, the practice manager not being available....what a surprise, NOT! They should be ashamed of the total lack of compassion. Disgusting excuse of service
