Absolutely shocking. I always wait over an hour to get through and it either cuts off or I'm told to ring back the next day. Then the same thing happens. I have health conditions and need to see a Dr but can never get to see one. I always end up ringing 111. Staff are always rude also. I think I need to move GPS

The surgery receptionist are very unprofessional. Fiona The practice manager is incredibly unprofessional, she has no communication skills, no empathy with a general dont give a dam attitude, I am surprised that she does not seem to be aware of the supreme courts decision in 2018 that all none medical staff within the NHS and private sector have a duty of care to the patients. They have no duty of care to thier patients. They have no organisation, they never answer the phone and you are told your a liar if you explain that you have tried to call a number of times. ( This was Fiona the practice manager). They have lost my repeat prescription,4 times then gave me one that wasn't signed, and then sent one to the pharmacy that was not repeat medication .and not the medication I desperately needed. The nurse only works part time, and doctors are not always in the surgery to see you or sign a prescription. So you have to take time off work so you can see a nurse as according to the receptionist she only works 10am-2pm some days. There is no advice given to patients if there is an issue. In an emergency or otherwise. There is no help to obtain your prescription if you work away from your home or long hours. They have but my health at a serious risk, due to not being able to get my medication. If they helped people correctly and professionally they wouldn't have so many calls to deal with, this is down to good practice and management, which is clearly lacking. I hope this gets resolved before someone ends up serious ill. There are signs saying that staff will not tolate being shouted at or abused. Well this works both ways, patients will not be treated appallingly. Unfortunately this seems a common thing for the surgery's in Flint. I feel it is time to involve the local MP along with the medical board . Coupled with the fact that wales needs to move into the 21st century ie email, electronic prescriptions would be a huge advantage.
