Thank you to driver Dave (1205) who helped me find the place I needed to go to as Im not from the area. He was so friendly and kind to every single person who got on the bus and it seems the local people really like him too.

My wife and children were waiting at the Ship bus stop in Flint, waiting for the 8:45 bus to get them to school , I have 2 4 year olds and a 9 year old. My missus phoned me at 8:40 to inform me that I won't need to pick them up while I'm working, at 8:53, another phonecard to say that the bus was still sat in the lay-by opposite Sainsburys! Andy, who was the driver this week is useless, without fail hes always late!

Absolutely appalling Our daughter with special needs is striving to be as independent as possible and has faced her fears of getting a bus alone. She catches the 4.45pm flint to Mold bus every Monday and gets off at theatre clwyd to access the drama group. Tonight, the bus did not stop at the theatre but rushed past it, leaving her stranded and frightened in Mold. It was pure luck we were home from our holiday early so we could race down and take her to where the bus is supposed to go. If we had not been home, I dread to consider what might have happened. We took years to build her confidence at bus training. As many parents with children who have additional needs will understand the joy at watching their confidence when they do the journey alone. We teach them the route over and over, all we expect is the drivers to do their job and drive the correct route. They have a duty of care for their passengers. Would he have cared for our distraught daughter? No. We are having difficulty finding any contact details for this company beyond an address. They will be hearing from me.
