West Street Dental Practice

This was the worst dentist practice Ive ever been to. From the moment I walked into the room till I walked out I felt nothing but intimidated by the dentist. He had this continuous raised voice the whole time I was there. If I asked a question you could see how annoyed he was and he replied Ive already explained that! Followed by an eye roll! Im just glad it was me and not my kids! Dont recommend at all! Im surprised he even has patients! And the cheek for him to say Ill be walking out of his practice with a good experience. He was really rough and did not have sympathy that I had really bad anxiety of the dentist. Despite them advertising he is really friendly. I dont even give this place 1 star but had to select 1 star in order to leave this review!!

Thank you so much, you saved my holiday. Non patient in pain, seen within 48 hours, tooth sorted, felt cared for from reception to dentist chair, really skilled and excellent service, just wish I didnt live 250 miles away as Id be looking to sign up permanently.

I was a complete dentophobe until today rang for a emergency appointment got it the same day welcoming friendly staff put me at ease extraction done painlessly in what seemed seconds and I will be back to them to sort the rest of my dental issues highly reccomend Thanks Huw

I find it difficult to find the words to express my profound thanks for the treatment I received. I am still overawed by the care and kindness shown to me when I was absolutely desperate for help at 8pm. I had had some root canal work done earlier in the day, by another dentist. The temporary filling fell out as I was eating and all hell broke loose - I was in absolute agony. My wife drove me from Tenby to Fishguard, in the pouring rain; traffic dreadful, visibility poor and we got stuck behind a huge lorry, most of the journey. We arrived 20mins late as a result but no problem, we did let the dentist know. The problem was quickly assessed and treatment dispensed immediately. After 30 mins the 2 roots had been taken out and everything washed out, dressings inserted and a new temporary filling put in. I asked what the charge would be and I was told "there will be no charge. We have thirteen practices that all look after each other. Tonight was my turn to be on emergency duty and I was very glad to help. Your thanks is more than enough." My God wouldn't it be a wonderful world if everyone took this attitude. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!
