I was mesmerised by the pastry lamination high quality products that were all incredible. Be prepared to queue early before everything sells out. It's worth it.

What a find! Old fashioned way of baking. Staff really friendly and helpful. Bread to die for so light and fluffy. Danish pastries that we could eat over and over again. Please visit you will not be disappointed.

It is LOVELY to see a baker working locally . I really enjoy supporting small local business . BUT what I was sold was more akin to victory sandwich then bread ! I can quite honestly say I have never had such heavy spongy bread in my life . No crumb what so ever , completely rubbery . I would guess ,under Risen ,not enough protein in the flour and or the sour dough being used it weak and poor , perhaps ALL of those things. Now the owner isn't going to listen to me . But that would be a sad mistake ,as I was baking bread by hand , commercially LONG before he was a twinkle in his father's eye . So this isn't useless trolling , I know what I am talking about . Bread is bread and cake is cake . You are hurting your potential by producing bread as poor as this . Sort it out and and all my family will become good regular customers . ...... In reply to bakers response: I knew you would say it was "style" , yes their are closer texture breads and different styles . Like I said I was baking before you were born . Your reasoning is just a typical response from a milenal . Sponge cake bread isn't a "style" it means you have got something wrong ALL bread has a "crumb" this doesn't . honestly I could wash my car with it . It has much more in common with a pikelets then a loaf . And yes I'm sure your customers are happy and I'm glad for you . Tell me how many of your customers are a time served MASTER baker like me ? Take some sound advice .what you sold me isn't bread ,it's bread like but not bread . Ether your recipe is WRONG or your method is WRONG our your flour isn't sound. Which ever it is ,it needs sorting . You have a brilliant opportunity to make a corking good business and I wish you all the best . I do . But don't make excuses .

I've just bought breakfast from them and I can't wait for lunch. I had the cheese and seaweed bun and it is simply amazing.
