A fantastic experience from start to finish and I now have a beautiful honed granite hearth. The customer service, advice and quick communication from Steffan was excellent. We had multiple exchanges to ensure measurements were accurate. Steffan stated they'd rather not make the sale than supply something that wasn't right, which demonstrates how serious they take their work and value their customers. Delivery timings were exactly as discussed and the fit was bang on. Highly recommend.

Contacted steffan at custom slate/ stone for a custom made granite hearth. He provided an instant all in quote and detailed drawing. On confirming the order, the highly polished hearth was delivered on a pallet within 14 days. The product was perfect in every way. I have no hesitation in recommending steffan and the company to other potential customers
