Zip World Llechwedd

WOW!! what an amazing experience my partner and I have had today. We had just completed the Forest Coaster experience at Betws y Coed and had the urge to do something else so we chose the Zip Wire in the caverns at Llechwedd. The trainer was a wonderful young women called Sophie who explained our equipment then sent us to do the basic training. Well I was petrified just doing that as I do not like heights but so wanted to do this. Sophie not only gave me the strength and confidence to do the full course but went with me to support me. I can honestly say she went above and beyond to help me experience this whole adventure and I am so utterly grateful that she did. It was incredible and this memory will stay with me and my partner forever. Thank you Sophie and the team who together showed us how they care for everyone and want everyone to give it a go. You are safe in their hands!! Don't hesitate to give this a try. :) x

Great experience at Zip world. Kayleigh on the front desk was very friendly and pleasant and changed my booking with no trouble at all. She made us feel at ease before our experience. Other staff were also pleasant especially the man who taught us the ropes before we started the caverns.
