I called several times over the course of a few months, I could only get through to reception where I was advised the relevant person would call me back.
I was told that they were extreamly busy and probably could not carry out my gate request, I said that is totally fine but will someone let me know if my works request was a possibility or not.
I was told yes and my 3rd call/reminder would be put to the top of the list for a call back. Still waiting on that call.
Disappointing really that no one could give me a quick call to say yes or no.
