Just not good. The reason for leaving a review is for the person having the work done can comment on the work that they have had done.If however someone does not like a review then maybe the owner of that company should have rung us back when contacted, He did not. We would have explained the problem that he had left us in. So here it is .When he left ,after being paid,we looked up the chimney & could still see the old cobwebs !! & still loads of soot. So much so we took a broom to the lower section inside & it just fell of the chimney loads of it. The whole idea of employing a sweep is to sweep the chimney keith did a terrible job. We had an Absolutely rubbish service from him. We will not be recommending keith to anyone. I would also like to take this time to remind the person who made the comment to ignore my review ,Keith did an Absolutely rubbish job on our chimney. We would also take this time to say we wish keith no ill feeling Keith you never replied to our phone calls ,you never tried to contact us to resolve the absoutley rubbish job that you did on our chimney .
