I have had frequent reflexology treatments over the years as I understand and have experienced the benefits. I have not been able to find a practitioner for a few years now, who has been as professional and thorough in her treatment as Gail is. I both enjoyed my session and felt the benefits immediately afterwards. Looking forward to my next session.

Ive attended many reflexology treatments with Gayle. Gayle is welcoming, professional, attentive and knowledgeable. She puts you at ease and ensures that all information discussed at each appointment is confidential. The surroundings are warm, comfortable, clean and very relaxing. I went for reflexology to help with the symptoms of the menopause particularly regarding poor sleep and mood. The reflexology definitely improved my sleep pattern and I felt more calm and relaxed. I am very impressed with the treatments and the service Gayle provides. I definitely recommend Gayle as a reflexologist especially to my friends and family and I will definitely book appointments with her again in the future.
