Absolutely useless staff I'm a 40 year-old bloke who looks 40 and was refused to cash in a lottery scratchcard without proof of age. I will never waste the fuel to travel from my site of work to this place again and I'd make the recommendation no-one else does, thankfully there are better places within a short distance
