My laptop died. It worked yesterday but I came to turn it on and flat battery and charger wasn't charging. Took battery out used my wife's charger and... still nothing. Called John. He gave me a few instructions over the phone and 5 minutes later told me to try it. Miracle, it's working again! No hesitation recommending Computerman Wales. I would definitely use John again.
