I cannot recommend this service enough. Genuinely helpful and keen to get my bike back on the road.

Only been with Pedal Cover 1 year and luckily not yet needed to make a claim so cant give 5 stars yet, however taking out and renewing policy is very simple and communication is very good when you have a question or need to make a change.

Initially had reservations about "bespoke" cycle insurance but have been very impressed with the personal service & knowledge of the Pedal Cover team - they know their insurance & their bikes, recommended if you are looking to go down this route. Ive renewed with Pedal Cover for >5 yrs running now after looking around the market.

Tried to process a quote to take out a policy but they won't insure me because I'm a cyclist. Strange for a company who prides themself on being insurance for cyclist. Bit of a joke to be honest.

Bad experience. Do not waste your money as they wriggle out of things and create facts and evidence to suit themselves. Conveniently losing phone recordings that would prove otherwise. AVOID and insure with a reputable company. I cant find a way to remove or edit the 5 star review I thought they was worth 4 years ago. Like all conmen. They talk the talk,
