Asked for a colour match for the damaged tiles on my wife's auntie gwynneths step,they sorted the match and give me a price for delivery. Not the biggest job in the world, but they were still very prompt in responding

Rang Reuben tiles and spoke to Dawn Sample tiles sent. Order was then placed for 5metres. The cost was 1280.00 Tiles arrived and I began laying , half way through the second box the tiles were a different shade and the press mark on the rear of the tiles were different. I finished the job trying to disguise the different tiles. I would have expected a great product for the price payed. I contacted Dawn to explain and sent pictures. No discount or resolution BUYER BEWARE No after sale service. TONY HATCH.

Service above and beyond. I required some Ruabon tiles and thanks to Dawn's expertise, I managed to acquire the same tiles that I had had for another hearth over 15 years previously. Post-fitting, one of the tiles displayed some unusual markings but the owner John sent one of his fitters Barry over 100 miles up to see me and rectify the problem. Very impressed with this service.
